Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned. There was shower soap bottle left in the shower.

The lobby smelled really bad as well as the floor hallways . Check in was awful had to wait a long period while other guest was checked in. I asked for an upgrade and it was not honored but the guest before me was honored an upgrade.

Was placed on 1 st floor room 116. 12.30am, the front desk was running the vacuum. I could hear all the noise coming in. 5:30 am woke to the housekeeping staff talking and laughing in the hall. Housekeeping started at 10 am asking if I was checking out and I replied yes at 11 only to be disturbed by another at 10:30 with the same question. Morning host wasn’t very polite having conversation with another employee having me stand they while having casual talking.

Everything. This was thee most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The WHITE wash rags were CREAM. ???. The dust on the headboard was piled up. There were oil stains on the walls. The fridge and microwave smelled so bad. And the sheets were dirty. This hotel should just close down honestly. Corporate is clearly not checking on their establishments because even the worst person you know wouldn’t send their enemy here. Yes, it’s that dirty.

The hallway floors were very dirty with broken clothes hangers, trash from food wrappers. Dirty towles were left in hallway right across from our room that had pee on them, yes you smelled it! The whole place smells of pot, if thats your thing you would like it, morning, noon and night. Bed sheets and towles had stains on them. I could go on but think this is enough.

Staff was very responsive on a timely matter. They took care of my refund immediately with no hesitation. He did try to give me another room before the refund however it did not meet my expectations.

Very Dirty place, not clean at all. Mold and mildew all over windows with a really strong humid and smoke odor all over the room. Walls very dirty and old furniture. Pillow cases dirty, no kitchen utensils nor trash bins.
