During our stay no hot water for over 24 hours. We were informed in advance of repairs but could not cancel without full penalty. After we asked they offered 30% off one day, which we have not been credited several days later. Where even Holiday Inn Express has free breakfast, breakfast was $17. Parking was $40 per night not including tip.
