Most of the staff were really helpful, the location was quiet and really convenient for UR and the room was spacious. Parking was easy near the room and we had a great time on the patio space in between the rain.
Negatives:
There was one person at the front desk who was less than personable and the garbage area was closed up each time I tried to toss our trash.

The cook staff was amazing. She was a pleasure! John the manager was very kind.

The air conditioner was so loud we didn't sleep the 3 days we were there. We were told housekeeping was coming the 2nd day because our comforters had very gross things on them. I was also double charged when I had already pd for our stay.

The wires were showing in key panel and the breakfast was HORRIBLE! It tasted as if it was either old or over cooked and the selection to choose from was extremely limited I have never seen a hotel with breakfast included with only 3-4 items and didn’t even have juice. Some breakfast was better than any I guess. Also checkout says 12 in the room I called to see if I could extend to 1 and they advised I had already been extended an hour. Hotel policies need to be updated it says 11 online and 12 in big letters on the back of the door if it was accurate there would be no confusion.
