I was getting ate up by bugs while trying to sleep when I brought it to staffs attention they acted like it wasnt a big deal and they could not do anything

Extremely low dedication, pride or self respect is placed on maintenance and sanitization. The whole place had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burns on the carpet bed sheets and blanket. Oddly enough, I found one on the shower curtain, which

Was barely attached the the curtain rod. Several large bathroom floor tiles weren't attached to the floor, were broken and pinched my feet as I walked over them. I literally seen dust fly up when I stepped on them. Holes in the walls, stuffs everywhere.

When I got there There was no water they moved me to another room and that room had no water either. I was in Roanoke VA to celebrate my son's wedding and I had nothing but problems..after a long drive every Thing should have been prepared for me.

The lady was on some kind of substance she was not polite smelling marijuana in office. The up keep of the building is poorly my room old outdated cigarette burns in blankets tub had stains shower curtains ripped just nasty.

The room was not very clean, there was no shower curtain so couldnt use the shower. The furniture was too large for the room. Couldnt even roll my luggage in as a large table cut off the entrance. Sorry, not a good experience at all.

The hotel was very bad, the lamp in the room didn't work, the electrical sockets didn't work, the room smelled very bad and was dirty, the hotel breakfast was awful, in general, I was not satisfied with the hotel at all, and I think I would have slept in
