Positives: It was great for me and my pet. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect. The hotel looked run down, but it was clean and I felt safe.

Negatives: The hotel could use a coat of paint and some up keep. I did have an issue with a loud neighbor, but the staff was great and came over quickly and asked them to keep the noise down.
