The floors were filthy that our feet were black. Our shower was ICE cold had to go to another room to shower until the plumber came. The manager called for some reason my card declined. I said I would give him one over the phone he was very rude saying he was going to let my room go. We were at kings dominion and had to leave although I said we would 100% be there and could give him a card over the phone. The woman was very nice.
