Ok, but not great.
Positives:
It was quiet. I worked nights and slept during the day. The best part was the nice lady who served the complimentary breakfast. She was kind and caring and even purchased bagels because she knew that's what I ate every morning.
Negatives:
My first room was dirty, the TV didn't work, the window lock was broken and being held shut by the curtain rods that had been pulled off. I was on the first floor. The couch had white stuff all over it and stains going down the front of it, the tables were dirty, the lamps had nasty dirt or rust all over the bases, the pillows had make-up on them, there was a stain on the side of the bathtub that looked like a cup was sitting on it and it had a ring around it, the sheets and tub had hair all over it and bottom of the beds were falling down. I asked to move but wasn't able to until the next day. That room had ketchup all over the doors that covered the refrigerator and wall and a wet washcloth hanging over the shower curtain that was not mine. When asked to clean it, staff seemed reluctant and upset. After they cleaned it there was still dried ketchup on the door handle of the refrigerator.

Breakfast was awesome. Location was nice however away from main roanoke city. Salem itself isn't a very big city but people are very friendly.
Negatives:
Extended checkout should be available with payment, Hotel lobby should also have a restroom. Easier garbage disposal.

The staff is dedicated to making the guests feel like they are in a luxury hotel.Rooms have a full size bath tub that always includes a rubber duck. Full breakfast with many options. Pool And hot tub. Very comfortable beds. The price is amazingly low.
