My second night the room was good

When I arrived the room I booked was dirty with a bed smell and the couch has so much dog hair on it, they couldn't get somebody to go in and clean up or switch my room so they put me in the smaller room with my family. It was so many drug addicts just wasn't the perfect spot for me and my family

The staff was rude. Upon arriving the place looks nothing as the pictures show. We booked a NO SMOKING room for a reason the entire no smoking floor smelt like weed and cigarettes, the linen was dirty, no towels, shampoo, anything. Invaded in ants. When I brought it to the employees attention he was VERY rude. You couldn’t pay me to stay there.

How staff conducted business. In order for me to stay for the night that I paid for ahead of time I had to get police involved. We talk got everything cleared before they showed their presents, only for him to lie in front them. Talk about frustrating, it was like we didn't even talk... If wasn't for the officers I wouldn't know what I have done. And he wasn't trying to refund my money as well
