The fact they we didn't have to stay another day!
Review
We used the AAA discount on the website which gave the hotel the choice of queen room for 2 adults when we arrived. The hotel was nearly empty and I'm sure our room must have been a single handicapped room although we requested a room for two. The bed was fullsized, the room was very dirty and smelled terrible. The bathroom was handicapped accessible and it made me feel badly for a handicapped person if they stayed in this room. We arrived late from 9 hours of driving and were so exhausted when we got there that we went straight to bed so that we could leave early for another day of driving. But we should have complained & asked for another room. We will never trust the discount key on the website again if the hotel discretion is to give you the smallest room they have even though the room was supposed to be for 2 adults with a queen bed.
