Paint was peeling off the ceiling and walls water spots on the ceiling no ironing board doors need to be replaced inside

It had a bed and the door locked.
Negatives:
It was under construction, it had a bad smell, the 3 pillows on the king sized bed were 20x20 throw pillows, the TV was accessible only through the hotspot on my mobile phone, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub and bathroom.

it looks as if their maintenance staff had poor skills - unfinished work over the whole room and sloppy paint jobs... would not take much to make the room look better

First I reserved a non smoking room king bed and I got a room with 2 double beds that smelled like smoke, carpet dirty,my wife slept in her clothes cause afraid to take off. The name Quality should be removed from this place. I think I should get a credit

Hotel is in need of major renovation. Most rooms smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Carpet is damp and sticky. Appliances are are old and nasty.

I even took a video to show my wife the room. This was a horrible hotel and should be only a one star if that.

Run down. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot and sidewalk.

A number of flies in the room at night. Bathtub did not look sanitary. Room door needs weather stripping. Fridge was broken. Coffee maker had no pot. Drapes were old and looked dirty. At 6 am people started power washing the building.

Lobby was nice, Breakfast was decent, employees seemed nice.
Negatives:
The room I had was an entomologist's dream, I saw no fewer than 5 species of bugs in my first 10 minutes in the room. The room was beyond filthy, especially the floors. The shower drain was clogged with enough hair, and there was an active police chase.
