Pillows were terrible. Lumpy, small. Refrigerator made loud clicking noise - think it was the fan. unplugged it so we could sleep. noisy neighbors in the early morning.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very quiet. I felt very safe there.
Negatives:
I booked a handicapped room so that I could take a shower and have pull bars in the toilet, and when I arrived there was not an handicapped room available. The reason was understandable, but I chose the hotel because of the availability. I don't understand why the room was on the booking system if it wasn't available.

Consider the request for special services if unable to accommodate let them know. I booked online and requested a handicap room if unable to accommodate should have told us.
