It was roach infested, upon walking in I saw 5 roaches. Sheets and towels were stained. I walked right out and checked out. Let staff know and they would not refund my money!

I was able to get a room.with short notice.

There was only hand soap, 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner available in the room. The room could have been cleaner.

The hotel was dirty the bathroom was filthy, bath tub was not cleaned and neither was the toilet. The comforters on the beds are stained as well as the furniture in the room. The ironing board was broke and did not stand.

This place has potential. First, most towels are stained. Many customers came in to get more towels while I was in reception area. Some were asked to bring back towels in room to exchange and others were not. The shower curtain was quite moldy and our second shower had no curtain. Holes in the walls are an easy fix as is the toilet paper holder which was not affixed to the wall. Parts of the buffet were confusing such as how do you get the batter into the waffle iron from its dispenser. Also, orange juice can only be watered down so far before its orange water. Let it go if the food cost is too high. The place could be so much better with some adjustments.
