Positives:
The hotel location was convenient to places we were seeing, so that worked out very well for us. It's 15 minutes or so from downtown Staunton. It's close to the highway, but far enough that traffic noise wasn't noticeable. The room and bathroom appeared recently renovated and were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The full continental breakfast with waffles is always a hit and was well stocked and fresh. This location went away from the shampoo/condition samples and simply had a dispenser on the shower wall, which I liked.
Negatives:
The water pressure was less than I'm used to having, but I was able to shower just fine and the water warmed up quickly. I figure it's worth a mention as I know some people would be upset by this. The heating/cooling until in the room made a medium rattle when operating, which did wake me up during the night. However, the night was cooler than expected, so it was running frequently and kept my room very toasty.

Was able to get a ground floor room, which was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Changing the TV channels was very difficult. There was a guide, but you couldn't click on the show you wanted to watch, and you couldn't enter the number of the channel. It's very frustrating.
