The staff is super friendly and accommodating . They take pride in their property and are constantly cleaning and cleansing the facility. My room was next door to the trash room which they kept organized, clean and smelling like lemons.

I made the reservation for my daughter and her son. On the evening of October 14, the desk manager locked them out of their room for an hour because their last names were not the same as mine. Not a good situation.

Location met my needs. Property is somewhat basic but was largely as expected given price. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Plumbing and air conditioning worked. Excellent mattress-very comfortable.

Property could use some cosmetic work. It appears there must have been problems in the past with guests stealing kitchen equipment because none is in the room upon check in; one must request it.

Shabby. Waiting at reception for staff member to appear. Run down appearance. Lack of information. Stayed 10 nights and no clean. Zero kitchen utensils. Finally, found out if you waited for a staff member to come to front desk, you could ask for the bare minimum of kitchen ware. Bathroom door would not close. Dried mud footprints on stairs the whole time we stayed. Dog mess in lift and laundry area. No plug for kitchen sink, despite asking several times. Very noisy fridge waking us up all night. Long black hairs in several clean towels. A lot of door slamming and noisy neighbours in the night.
