Alamar Resort Inn

Negatives: Upon entering the room the smell of cigarettes knocked me out. I specifically asked for non-smoking. The floor was dirty, filled with food crumbs and chunks and dirt. The bedroom door has a hole in it. The bedroom sheets had stains all over them.

Negatives: Uh used roll of toilet paper and no back up, no hot water, then the room they transfered us to smelled like pee and didn't have a TV in the bedroom we would of had to sleep on a pull out sofa to watch tv, we decided to keep our original room but ask for a room to shower in, that room at least had excess toilet paper but also had wet used towels on the back of the toilet, trash in a bag and partially eaten food on the table. It was a terrible place to stay and I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS FOR ANYTHING! And we never even got to take a shower

Negatives: Place is old and falling apart. Def could use an upgrade but they do well with what they have

Negatives: Dirty room not even a plastic cup or small coffee maker.

Negatives: The sheets and blankets were all stained the floor was dirty and the room was not as advertised

Negatives: Everything was trash and crackheads everywhere staying there

Negatives: The linen was filthy both bathroom and bedding! Luckily when I travel I carry my own with me

Negatives: Hotel doesn’t have hot water. Was put in a room the toilet didn’t flush moved my room and nothing worked in the new room but the lights smh was dirty and Reeks of cigs

Negatives: The hotel has no hot water the tv didn’t work. Tour let didnt flush. The entire hotel is this way

Negatives: The Room was a decent size but the towels were heavily worn and appeared dirty, the sheets pillows and covers were not clean and smelled like sweat.

Negatives: DID NOT RECEIVE ROOM THAT I PAID FOR. THERE WERE COCKROACHES AND DIRTY USED NEEDLES IN THE BATHROOM!!! The manager denied all accusations/concerns, even with evidential proof. There was a three year old child involved and the property refused to clean up, refund, or transfer rooms even though I paid for a suite and I was given a standard room. Absolutely rude customer service, completely unprofessional.
