Positives: The staff, cleanliness and size of the room, and FREE hot breakfast, exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again.
Negatives: The mini refrigerator in our room did not work. We did not need it but it probably is something that should be addressed in order to keep the rating up.

Negatives: We requested 1st floor room in original reservation several weeks in advance, not available refused to move us. Light in room wasn't working properly/no bulb in another. Staff rude attitude. No breakfast served, yogurt flavor allergy none available

Negatives: Overpriced. Room was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Not even fresh towels! Poor security. No staff after 11pm. No key card entry from front door. Side door had keycard reader but the door was ajar so anyone could enter.

Positives: The woman at the desk, who appeared to be the only worker there, was very helpful.
Negatives: The first room I was assigned had a leaking air conditioner and the carpet was squishy wet not just damp. It had been abnormally hot, so the AC had to work overtime. However, the room was also very warm. The room was changed without a problem.

Positives: Staff was very friendly and efficient. Towels were clean. Checkout fast.
Negatives: The bath tub was missing a plug. I had to stuff a washcloth in it to take a bath. There were pieces of jewelry on the floor that had obviously not been vacuumed and the curtain was coming down on one side and let the light in early. $10 resort fee? Hardly a resort. Free breakfast advertised, but not available.

Positives: The price that i got myself. Cleaning staff were very helpful.
Negatives: There were places in the room that could have been cleaned better. When i called to make a reservation, the man at booking number was hard to understand and quoted a price of $211.00, he said my card was declined. After that i said never mind. Called myself to book room, on website. Got a much lower price and no problem. I had just used my card earlier that day.
