Positives:
Perfect for a quick overnight stop. Room was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was OK, we were expecting grab and go (coffee and pastries) but they did have some hot options. The lady running the breakfast was pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
The sign was in disrepair which initially made us question our choice, but it was not a reflection of condition of the rooms.

I booked a king bed but arrived to room with two double beds. There was no remote for the TV. I went to front desk and was given a remote that did not work. Pillows were very small and too soft.

Excellent value for the location. Rooms are in very good shape. Everything seem to be nice and clean and fairly new.. The staff in the lobby was helpful and they had a basket of Nutri-Grain bars for a snack.

Ice machine on lower level was broken.

Because I live on the other side of the mountain and therefore considered "local", they refused to honor the reservation I had made. Once a month, I book a weekend outside of my house to get some alone time since I am a caregiver for my elderly father. There is no conceivable reason why they should not have honored my reservation. I did not get my much needed weekend away and I am angry.

Couldn’t rest, loud music and called to desk and ask them to have music turned down but stated they could not turn music down till after 11 pm, so otherwise this is known as a club, I have never been to motel where you can blast music so that it rattles the walls…
