I liked the managerial approach that was made to accommodate the problem we had. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and courteous. I would use that hotel again, but in another area of the building.

The website is deceptive. It says it has an arcade, and a whirlpool hot tub, and 2 pools. Neither of the two was even there. I specifically checked the hotel before booking. Does not have an arcade. it does not have a hot tub. It does have 2 pools yet couldn't utilize the indoor pool.

Couldnt get cold water for the shower; only hot! Hard to take a shower when only hot water comes out and I can't cool it down at all.

The location was ideal to shop at the outlet stores. Also, short drive to Merchants Square for walking down the street to see all the older buildings.

Hallway had a smoky odor. Room needs updating. Wallpaper was peeling and was actually stapled. Rust or mold underneath window. Phone didn't work. Staff didn't inform us about checkout time or breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to reheat

Hotel check in was not very friendly. Had to call three times the next morning to find out when breakfast was. The phone rang and rang and rang until I hung up. On the third try I was put on hold just trying to find out when breakfast was being served. Hallway had smoky smell, carpet needs updating. Baseboards in need of paint. Room was average in size but several things needed updating. Wallpaper peeling by AC unit. One section was actually stapled together. Rust or mold coloration on baseboards underneath the window. Phone didn't work. Wifi was weak -4th floor. Breakfast was sub par. Lots of staff sitting around when we walked in, very limited items, eggs and sausage were cold, had to put them in the microwave. Was hoping to have yogurt or oatmeal, but no luck.
