Negatives: Old,needs remodeling.

Negatives: Rooms are horrible. Old and dirty and nothing works. Cancelled my night and found a better hotel. This place was ridiculous.

Negatives: I told the staff at the the front desk that the hairdryer does not work and the water at the toilet kept running after the first day of living there. But they did not do anything after I told them. It was the same when I returned back after the first day

Negatives: Very old inside

Negatives: Outdoor lighting was very poor. As we are 2 single women, we were very uncomfortable going from car to hotel. The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment! Scrambled eggs and waffles were the only hot foods.

Negatives: The common areas, such as the pool, needed cleaning. There were dead bugs in some places.

Negatives: 3 things to improve and they are pretty minor: 1. I know they are working on it, but property was dated. 2. Very low ceilings, my teenager had to duck in shower. 3. Need more than 1 trash can in rooms

Negatives: hallway carpet and elevators in bad condition

Negatives: In need of major renovations. Room was run down Hallways need carpet. Was there 10 years ago carpet is still In same condition. Only stayed 2 nights didnt expect much for price.

Negatives: We had a double bed room one bed was completely sunk in the middle and the other leaned to one side. The door lock was broke. The balcony light flickered which was annoying. Picked this place because of the hot tub and the hot tub was cold. Terrible!

Negatives: You can tell the hotel was absolutely stunning when they first built it. A lot of cool interesting decor in the lobby. The hotel hallways and both rooms we stayed in were not clean. One of the rooms we had water spots on the ceiling from a possible leak. Dirty dust and debris on the bathroom floors in the corners behind the toilets. Underneath the beds were not clean. We actually saw a few pieces of cereal under one of the beds. One of the blankets on the bed had smeared and spotted blood on them. We spotted cockroaches in the hallway pool area and in one of our rooms. We told the manager about it. She called them water bugs. The manager contacted us on the way home and because the front desk person only took down one of our room numbers she only refunded us $60 on one. Only one of the two rooms that we had issues in. We would have been out of there so fast if there was any availability anywhere in the area. Unfortunately there was not. We had to tough it out. I would not recommend this hotel if you want cleanliness or comfort.
