Positives:
I really like the hotels location to the local attractions. It is also very quiet and in a quiet area. The breakfast selection is one of the best that I have seen in similar hotels.
Negatives:
I did not like that we were hit up for a time share presentation upon check in. We did decline, but last year I seem to remember the hotel offered discount vouchers for guests and that didn't seem to be available this year. I am guessing because they want you to participate in the time share presentation. We were only there for a few days and did not want to spend time listening to a time share pitch.

Hotel is very clean and cozy with a wonderful breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy. The hotel is extremely close to Colonial Williamsburg and just minutes from Busch Gardens. Nothing fancy, but definitely met our needs. This was our 2nd stay here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Williamsburg.
Positives:
If you are willing to sacrifice, reasonable price.
Negatives:
Shower head, water pressure, smelly stair case, T.V., public area T.V.'s not working properly, could not provide fresh bananas, having to dodge the hotel personal at breakfast, tread mill did not work, discoloration in the pool makes it look dirty.They obviously do not pay their employees so free breakfast must be one of their benefits!
