Positives: The only thing about our experience was at least our rooms were joining.
Negatives: One of our rooms the beds were not even made and the covers had not been changed in the room had not been cleaned, the food was cold in the morning, there wasn't even enough waffle mix even at 9:00 in the morning, I was overcharged over and over again before they tried to get the transaction made and I have at least five charges on my card and some are going to have to be removed, it just wasn't a pleasant experience. When you arrive late at night you expect Your room to be ready so you can retire for the evening and be rested for the next day. It took an hour and a half to get one of our rooms ready and was not making us happy at all. I would hope that our next visit would be better.

Negatives: came with late arrival had pre-booked a room with a crib when we arrived. They tried to put us in the wrong room when we went to the correct room with the crib. The door was wide open. Once we entered the air conditioner, made a terrible rattling noise and bathroom tub wasn’t sealed properly and the room had a strange odor. Door keys issued didn’t work then went to the front desk to get new ones and did not ask for ID to replace keys just room number also went to breakfast very clean well organized, but was constantly criticized or harassed by staff each member of my family separately at different times were spoken inappropriately to by staff.
