Wyndham Garden Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area

Negatives: No actual breakfast just cereal fruit oats and yogurt. I couldn't do a late checkout or early check-in by a hour.

Negatives: Construction was messy and they were banging at 8:00am

Negatives: The bathroom had dried up hair from previous tenant stuck on the wall, the tv was not working, the phone could not even dial the front desk (no dial tone and all were plugged in), and the bathroom vents were extremely dusty.

Negatives: The ac unit needs some help it keep the room cold but it sounds like it's going to explode

Negatives: Dust and mess.. due to remodeling

Negatives: Property was going under renovations which was fine, half the outlets didnt work but apparently its attached to the light switch in the front but was nevwr advised of it. Microwave wasnt plugged in nor did it reach the outlet anyway. Water didnt get hot till you ran it for about 10 mins. Just needed a bed and shower so the price was decent enough

Negatives: No room service, towels weren’t replaced

Negatives: Hotel is outdated. Should’ve stopped receiving guests before renovations.

Negatives: Upon arrival we noticed slats of tiles outside the main entrance- they were doing renovations- we were unaware of. Our first room was not adequately cleaned and found kids underwear and a sock just under the edge of the bed. Red bubblegum was stuck on the wall, not cleaned off, and bathroom had chips in paint and very dated. Mattresses were doubles sitting on a queen bed frame and metal rods stuck out and banged my shin on. Breakfast was extremely limited with breads and a toaster and dry cereals- no hot offerings at all. Only apples - no other fruits. Elevator was only operational for quests at one end of the property- the other end. Ice machines were only every other floors and not ours. Only a few floors were placing guests due to renovation and 2nd floor stunk of cigarettes where ice machine was located. Quest was smoking marijuana on our floor and smelled. Only one housekeeping staff member for our floor, who had limited English. Bulb was dead in one light fixture upon arrival, and room was very dimly lit. Manager on duty actively came to try and fix our issues as best he could. Moved us to another room. Not our best hotel experience while visiting to Williamsburg area. Dogs were on our floor actively barking as if left alone in the hotel. Tv remote was broken in our second room. Overall - not a great hotel - needs remodel and more staff to manage the issues.

Negatives: The rooms were not clean. And the cleaning staff did a poor job of cleaning the rooms and changing the towels. According to the staff our room would only be cleaned every 3 days. That didn't happen. Also the handicap rooms were all the way on the other side of the third floor elevator, making it hard for people with a handicap to get to the room. I don't remember seeing that the hotel was under remodeling. Looks like the remodeling was on a conference room not the guest rooms. P This is the worst Wyndham hotel we have ever seen. Will not be returning on our next trip to Virginia.
