Positives:
The location was perfect for where we were visiting family.
Negatives:
The breakfasts were average. Toilet paper was very thin and cheap. The plastic ware needs to be upgraded; they are not rigid enough.

Quite a pleasant surprise after a very long day and night of driving.

There was a fire at 625am. Fire department came and banged on all the doors to evict us. I believe the fire came from the hotel kitchen. Will never stay here again.

I needed a wake up call at 0300 to ensure I arrived to my fight on time. Of course, for the second time now, now call.

Miriam, the woman at the front desk, was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Bed and pillow were quite nice. Overall a very good room.
Negatives:
Unfortunately I was wakened at 1:52 am by what sounded like a guy in the hallway having a loud conversation. I opened my door to find it was a conversation near the front desk. I was on the 2nd floor but the unfortunate design of the hotel has a large opening, the size of the lobby, all the way up thru the 3rd floor, with a balcony of course. The guarantees that one can hear all conversations from the lobby or breakfast room, in all of the rooms. I installed my earplugs at that point. Nice place, but bring earplugs.

When we check in we were assigned room 119. When we walked in the room the first thing we saw was a cock roach on the lamp shade and the room smelled musty and of smoke. We were assigned a different room and air freshener was sprayed before we walked in but the carpets were stained very badly.
