Liked nothing, other than when I asked to change rooms, staff was accommodating. Then I asked to change back to the first, because the second room was worse. Staff was accommodating.

This place is dirty.. Skanky. Moldy bathroom window sill...needs a scrub. Dirty peed on couch. The bathroom door was splintered. Location was good but this place needs a boil.
I needed a scrub at my next destination. I wouldn't even use the shower because the shower curtain smelled musty. I just got out at dawn.

Accidentally booked smoking needed non smoking they claim they called 3 times to confirm they called once NO MESSAGE LEFT ONVOICEMAIL. ROOM EAS UPSTAIRS AFTER DRIVING FIVE HOURS I COULD NOT USE THE STAIRS. They did find a non smoking room 30 minutes north of where we wanted to be. That was the only good thing they did. They only called once and did not identify themselves. I am requesting a full refund.I am at 267 699 6837 I am on Vacation. Please identify yourself when calling i do, not answer numbers unknown.
