The beds were not what we expected. Our sheets had stains that looked like poop or blood. Not sure which. We had a "non smoking" room but yet there was an ash tray and it was for sure smoked in before. Cigarette burns on the tub too.

The front desk staff were asleep in the back when we came in to check out in the morning at 9 am. There was no toilet paper in our room.

I'm sorry to say, but our stay was horrible. The room (155), had trash in the top dresser drawer, the shower curtain was completely missing, no toilet paper in the bathroom or anywhere in the room (I'm glad that I carry a roll in my car), the local drug dealer approached us and wanted to know if we wanted to party. I reported all this to the front desk and the person there acted like it was no big deal and said not to worry about him and that he was harmless. The room was so drafty that we had the heat all the way up and it never got above 60° in the room. The bathroom was filthy and there was hair all over the shower walls and the toilet looks as if it hadn't been cleaned in a month or so. I took pictures of everything. The faucet in the tub and the shower head is attached with duct tape. And I still haven't received my "extra" deposit that I was told that I had to pay just to stay there. Will never use that hotel again and I will be posting reviews about the stay with pictures

Reception staff, I walked in to register he came from the back. No hello very brief eye contact.
Gave him my name, he then spent the next few minutes on the computer & talking to another man who was already there.
In the reservation I requested a ground level room as we have a dog. He assigned us a 2nd level, didn't like the fact I wanted a 1st floor. Continued to speak to the other person the whole time.
No coffee or cups in the room but a coffee maker.
No kleenex in the dispenser.
