We specifically requested a cot (as was available on Booking.com) but when we arrived they said they don't have additional beds to add. The staff were kind enough to put us in a room with a pull-out sofa, but that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We pulled the mattress off the sofa frame and put it on the floor, but you could still feel every spring. The room was a bit dark.
As mentioned, the staff were kind and warm and flexible. The hotel was very busy, but they did their utmost to make everyone comfortable.

Location is easy to get on and off freeways, quiet rooms. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Beds are hard, got two queen room with family only 3 towels in room had to get more. Found blood on bathroom mirror, wall heat/cooling unit make a lot of noise till I pulled plugged air filters out. Breakfast not much options. Pictures where Deceiving when booking, huge pot holes in parking lot and pool really small. No hot tub. Extra $12 parking fee a night.
