Two of the four elevators were broken during our stay which was very inconvenient as the hotel was fully booked for a cheer competition in town.

Wonderful Hotel
Positives:
The aesthetic aspect of it was very nice the bed was quite comfortable the rooms themselves were nice. Room service was fast and tasted amazing.
Negatives:
For the price I paid for the junior king suite, no jacuzzi tub, barely any hot water I had to let it run for a good 10 minutes and then it just got lukewarm. The jacuzzi itself was outside in the rain, the pool was closed, and no valet.

Clean and comfortable and thoughtful staff. We accidently left some jewelry in our room when we left and had to ask our daughter to go pick it up for us and the staff, Kim, was exceptional in helping arrange that. A big THANKS to Kim.

The elevators were down, if you needed an elevator you had to take the staff service elevator or stairs. It was hard to truck up to the 8th floor with preschool age children and an infant, along with all your luggage.

They put me in a room with a boiler or some machine running loudly right on the other side of the wall where the head of the bed is. Like I was at lift off all night. No sleep. Awful.
Positives:
Great value, great location, nice staff, good parking, nice restaurant and bar at the hotel. The room was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. Well use the Hilton as our hotel of choice when visiting family and friends in Western Washington.
