Location to Overlake and Fred hutch cancer center. I had surgery and we stayed to be close by. It was very convenient. Would stay there again.
Negatives:
No complaints. Wish it was less expensive for cancer patients. It is a financial strain and this is an expensive necessity.

I really didn’t appreciate how they offered free cribs upon request and there was no cribs available. After further research as my son who is 10 months old, kept trying to fall off the bed I was told by the nice gentleman at the front desk that they give out rollovers however they have none available and they do not have the keys to access the storage room. I should not have to put my son safety at risk because of false promises. It is ridiculous!

I had to pay for parking! The front doors didn’t work, the room was not very clean. There was grass in the tub and some items were still in the room from last guest. There was a trash bag on the other side of the window ledge. There were hole in the curtains and lamp shades. The sink was loose. Staff wasn’t very friendly but not rude.

Main entrance door to the lobby was broken so you have to go through the door on the side of the hotel. Requested to switch room the minute i entered the first room because of smoke smell and got switched right away. The second room was fine
