Bathroom tub clogged. Had to check out a day early. Not happy with Priceliine for not approving a refund due to this issue where the client is at no fault.

There was no info guide to the area/hotel in the room to look up info about room service or local delivery places. Also the door to the fridge cabinet was the loudest thing ever. Also there were a lot of power cables everywhere in easily accessible areas, very tough with a toddler.

Location to Overlake and Fred hutch cancer center. I had surgery and we stayed to be close by. It was very convenient. Would stay there again.

No complaints. Wish it was less expensive for cancer patients. It is a financial strain and this is an expensive necessity.

I really didnt appreciate how they offered free cribs upon request and there was no cribs available. After further research as my son who is 10 months old, kept trying to fall off the bed I was told by the nice gentleman at the front desk that they give out rollovers however they have none available and they do not have the keys to access the storage room. I should not have to put my son safety at risk because of false promises. It is ridiculous!
