The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The property was spacious and tidy. The fitness center is well equipped, clean and spacious.
The location was superb! Everything from shopping, entertainment, dining and access to the freeway was very conveniently located in close proximity to the property.
There's ample underground parking while we were there over the weekend.
Negatives:
The soft pillows and mattresses in our room were not very comfy. Ice machine on our floor was not working.
The staff at the dining hall might have been new and charged us for breakfast even though we'd noted that our stay package included breakfast. However, the hotel staff sorted things out and the issue was effortlessly resolved.
