Loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed happy hour in the attached restaurant. Location was a short distance to downtown and we enjoyed walking to our destinations

We didn’t like that on a 2-day stay, they never made up the room. No fresh towels, no additional coffee, didn’t make the bed, etc

Our room was on the 1st floor, felt like a dungeon, cold, no carpet except for rug under the bed (weird), fan in bathroom as strong as a hand fan. TV was big but picture quality was crap, totally blurry. I will not return.

Nice space. The attached restaurant was good for drinks and snacks. the room was comfortable and the open pool atrium made it feel sort of oddly tropical. There is a lounge for work and a breakfast for charge.

I was disappointed breakfast wasn't included fir the price, especially because I Googled Four Points and saw they do offer free breakfast at other locations. The venue is tired as well.
