I was harassed and accused of smoking in room. Which I wasn't. Then I was told I couldn't even smoke on property.. No heater in the room. Stayed for 3 days, you think they could have moved me to a heated room. Shower was dirty.

Heater in room, incoming phone lines, and ice maker broken, and apparently, they had no intention of getting them fixed after several weeks. Housekeeper more concerned with personal conversations than doing their job. Front desk folks were rude at times and were not honest about the fact that heater wouldn't be fixed and no.option to move was offered. Stupidly small shower.
