They illegally forced me into a dog friendly room. Even after I pointed out to them it was illegal to do so. I was reassured that the room had been deep cleaned. I had dropped the remote to the TV and when I laid down on the floor to get it I noticed that not only was under the nightstand filthy, but there was pills under there as well. I politely informed the front desk about the situation and was assured that the room would be cleaned. That night when we returned nothing had been cleaned

The staff is very unprofessional when it comes to someone accidently leaving a priceless family stuffed animal. Asked if one had been found and staff said no and that they couldn't let us go in the room because it had been occupied. Stayed another night in a different room so that we could ask in the morning and yet again staff had more excuses. In the room we had stayed in after the first room we found garbage under the bed that had dust in it. They say the clean the rooms but apparently they don't. I will not being staying at this hotel anymore. They have lost my business and I will be letting other people know as well that they do not care about their clients.
