Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was great. The location was in a great spot so not much traffic noise.
Negatives:
The room was supposed to be an ADA room. The shower was ADA, except the floor of the shower was too small. THey have a curved shower curtain bar, so the water ended up all over the floor in the bathroom. The water valve in the shower delivered cold water in the hot position, and hot water in the cold position. The toilet was the shortest one in the world. No way it was ADA compliant. The heat / cool did not work, and most outlets did not work. The one that did work had a power strip plugged into it.

It was good to have a bed to sleep in, but not worth price we paid.
Positives:
A clean, spacious, well-equipped room with a view of the quiet bay. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and towels, and the complementary breakfast was delivered to the room!
The Inn is in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent value made for a relaxing getaway.
Negatives:
Walk-in shower needed a longer and weighted curtain. Water temperature took a long time to change. Some room details needed attention (loose toilet bolts, scuffed nightstand).

Love the view of the bay. Great breakfast! They deliver your breakfast to your room. The selection is great, like the fluffy soft Biscuits and gravy to die for.

The hotel needs updating. The toilets are really low like for kids. Never seen one that low.

I liked that the staff took into consideration that my husband recently had hip surgery. Thoughtfully set us up w an ADA compliant room. When I asked for a room w a bathtub the gal was on it. No problem. I was greeted at our room by a kind man who provided us w a shower chair. The kindness of the staff made such a good impression. I appreciate you. Pretty nails and the night gal were awesome. The night gal helped us w our remote (needed batteries) she is very personable. The stay was short and close to home. Missed breakfast. Maybe next time. The room was clean, quiet w a nice view of Oyster Bay. A little chilly at night. I think the heater was broken. Idk Close to two 24hr stores Chevron across the street and WinCo within walking distance. Easy access from parking to room. The clock and the microwave time were an hour behind. Is there a laundry room here? I will have to ask. Our dog was welcome also.

Unable to get heater to operate. No cups provided in the room for coffee. No sugar. No literature about the property in room. Florescent lighting is for jails. "Heat bulb" in bathroom was a normal bulb. Toilet almost overflowed. People hanging out in the parking lot. A lady was standing next to my car in the dark acted nervous when I approached. Took dog for a walk late at night came back and two men were rooting through the garbage can next to the rooms entrance. Kinda felt like my car could get prowled.

We have been here before and like the waterfront view and the great breakfast.Its not served as a buffet anymore,on check in you tick choices on a menu.Lots of choices.Then you can choose what time you want it delivered to your room.Although on a busy road it is quiet.We were very kindly upgraded to a fabulous waterfront chalet with wrap around decks.Thankyou Chas at Oyster Bay Inn and Booking!Private parking space for our motorcycle right outside the chalet.

Older place but the cigarette smoke from the smoking rooms on the same hall way was stinky to walk thru to get to my room. The view was nice the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The deodorizer used in the room was overwhelming. The double door onto. The very small balcony (one chair only) was helpful for the smell.
