Not their fault, and they are doing what they can, but the building next door is empty and it is kind of affecting the sidewalk vibe, if you catch my drift.

nothing like people smoking fentanyl outside the front door. way over priced, charges for parking, breakfast and I booked there for the hot tub that was out of order when I specifically called to verified that it was working and was told it was.

Positives:
Was an excellent facility, quiet comfortable room great location well worth the money spent. We had a great view of the Bay and could not hear any outside traffic from the street which was really great! The room was exceptionally laid out.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, there were boot tracks on the floor in the bathroom from someone's black soled shoes,two different kinds and the exhaust fan was filthy. The cupboard which held the refrigerator was covered in fingerprints.

It didn’t seem that clean or put together. For example the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not properly attached to the wall they were just sitting on the shelf in the shower.

Easy parking under the building for $14.
Negatives:
Not enough pillows or bath towels (which were extremely rough material and hurt my face to dry off with). There was hair all over the shower from the previous people using our room. Toilet paper was not replaced before we arrived. Beds were not made well. Very sloppy looking and no complimentary water bottles. Old appliances. Not a good Marriott.
