We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Richland.

Good breakfast -- appreciated eggs and sausage for protein, one not-too-sugary cereal (Cheerios), and yogurt. But would have appreciated instant oatmeal, bananas.
Negatives:
The bed sagged badly in the middle. You really need to replace the beds! We won't return until you do.

Shades didnt go far enough for that black out affect. AC rattled every 3rd cycle, used ear plugs we had. Didnt bring it to the front desk because it was to late.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and then hours after that me and my family go to use the pool and A different set of staff members treated us like criminals asking if we have a room there and what room we are in after that we leave for a few hours and come back and they changed the locks on us when they know we are staying for another two days while Im carrying my 1 year old sleeping baby at 9-10 at night waiting for a new key in lobby is very inconvenient. That night my baby gets sick and throws up Pedialyte and the lady from the front desk who checked me in that was rude to me before rudely told me I wasnt gonna get my deposit back because of that its not about the money really its the lack of politeness they had
