Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The location was pretty good, walking distance to Whole Foods and the Lynwood Event Center.
Negatives:
The guests are so loud and staff didn’t seem to do much about it. I was there for an important exam (lawyer bar exam) and was unable to rest or study because of loud noises all throughout the day and night.

Noise, so much noise… I was there taking my attorney licensing exam and it was awful studying there and trying to sleep. Staff needs to be better about making sure people are respectful. Also, I was right by the stairs to a side door but the door never worked with my card.

Positives:
The location was good and right next to the road. The room was nice but small.
Negatives:
They serve snacks not breakfast. The snacks kept reducing. There was no drink option for kids because they said that hot cocoa had finished. For 6 days they did not replenish it. They don’t care about their guests. When I requested for a pan I was told there was none available until other guests check out. It’s not a good place to stay with kids
