Positives: No breakfast. Convenient location to Evergreen State Fairgrounds. Comfortable beds! Very clean. Sofa and chair to sit on and look out the sliding glass door out back to the river! Beautiful!
Negatives: Clouds of ganja coming from the house/office, PM and AM. (sorry - it's very pungent!)

Positives: Stayed for a night before driving up to Stevens Pass to ski. Nice vintage motel. Everything you need to get up early and beat the crowds to the slopes.
Negatives: Some elements of the room were rather dated, but it gives it a certain charm.
