Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I did not like that they were judgemental and only fake nice cuz they had to be because it's part of their job they were super rude to me when I had called about my reservation when I first started booking a room here

I had called and spoke with a gentleman about checking in earlier then 3 and he told me I would be able to check in at noon then when I came at noon later that day they told me I would have to wait till 3pm the other day they walked in my room unannounced

The bed was firm . The sheet had blood on them . This was the worst place I've ever stayed at . I've stayed in over 100 different hotel's.

So I am a retired vet, and I only have 1 leg . I woke up early, and I found there to be no coffee in my room . I called the front desk, and Jackie or jacklin answered the phone . She was extremely angry and rude . I asked why my room has no coffee pot or instant coffee. She said it's in the lobby . I explained to her that I can't walk and my helper wasn't coming for a few hours. Could she please be so kind as to bring me a coffee ? I told her I'm 6 doors from the lobby and she cut me off saying that's not her job and hung up on me . The room hand no grab bars by the toilet. There was no extra plugs by my bed to plug in my cell phone or my prosthetic leg . There was blood on the sheets . The remote never worked I never got to watch TV. 1 garbage bin by the front door. This room wasn't at all set up for a handie cap person like my self . I lost my leg serving this county . I broke every bone in my upper body. This woman couldn't help me . What's really said is that it didn't matter she wasn't going to help anyone but herself .

Why does the TV keep playing the same shows over and over again. There are so many movies out there but they keep playing the same ones over and over again.
