Very close to the airport. The facility is in great shape. Our room was quite nice and quiet. We appreciated the prompt shuttle service in the morning, and the to-go breakfast packet they gave us as we departed to the airport.

We attended a science fiction convention held at the nearby Pasco Red Lion. The Best Western was near enough to walk to and from the convention. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has a nice restaurant where we enjoyed a meal and a chance to talk to friends.

Employees are friendly and competent. Made to order omelet is very nice. Pool and hot tub are good. Shuttle service to airport or Amtrak is reliable.
Negatives:
Periodically, there is an offensive industrial odor in the area around the facility that can find its way into the room. Wifi was slow about 30% of the time. Sometimes one must wait for a refill of the standard breakfast items (e.g. eggs).

Got booked in one of the worst rooms in the hotel and I booked two months in advanced which was very disturbing since I figure this isn't a hot spot in a fairly low key destination. When I arrived to my room it was filled with noise that sounded like I was directly above or below a heavy duty HVAC system. I left for a few hours figuring it was just a short term issue. When I returned, no change (sigh). I went down to the staff the explain the issue and that I was willing to stay in the room if my rate could be reduced. I figured the white noise would be fine for sleeping. They informed me that I was above the kitchen and the noise would persist until the kitchen closed at 10 pm or so... They also noted that they could not refund me a portion because of how I booked (using third party booking). The lady running the desk completely fixed the issue by placing me a in a mini suite for my five day stay! Talking about going from disappointed to surprised! I look forward to returning to this location again!

The deposit of the refundable cleaning & damage deposit of $50 required upon check-in have not happened yet. It's been over 1 month since I stayed there and I am 100% sure that I left everything in order and no damage occurred during my stay at the room.
I would like to know when the refund date will be. It's hard for me to communicate by a phone call since I am not currently in the U.S.
