Red lion used to have great beds. This bed was not great. Room was very tired.

Nothing. I left and got another room at a different hotel. Place was smelly, not well taken care of, carpet was old, wall sockets were partially in and partially out, and based on the age of the room I did not even want to touch the bed. I could not!
Negatives:
Everything! Entrance to the wing was at a dumpster filled with trash. It was old, looked old, and smelled like the long dumpster filled with garbage by the wing entrance. NO idea how it got a 3.5 rating. That was the only reason I chose this one.

staff was very courteous and helpful
Negatives:
the hairs all over the pillow, noticeable upon entering the bed area. the remote control only worked within 5a couple feet of the TV. the mattress was old and had body depressions.
