The hotel was very close to an event we were attending. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had unknowingly left an item in the room while checking out and it was kindly returned to us before leaving the building. Clean, quiet & great breakfast!

THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, CORDIAL AND FRIENDLY!!! I am writing it in capital letters because they are that good!!!! I would give them an 11 out of 10!!!

Pooked this motel because it had a hot tub. When I checked in I asked the girl at the desk if the hot tub was working and she said, yes. Unloaded car and walked to pool/ hot tub area and asked couple in tub how it was and they said it was not hot. Went back to front desk and told them what couple said and she said she was unaware of problem and contacted maintebeance guy. Another lady near by said it was cold the day before too. If gal at desk had told me prior to unloading car that tub was not working I would have 'gone to another motel.

Breakfast was great. Wife loved the make your own waffle maker and I found the hot foods were fresh and not dried out. The location was perfect and located close to the business that we had dealings with. First time visiting the Tri-City area and we would stay here again if we need to return.
