Breakfast was alright but not great.

Pool was out of order and we were not told this when booking
We found out we had bed bugs after staying TWO nights!
Blood on sheets when we checked in and our sheets were not changed, just handed new linens we had to change ourselves.
Managers were very rude when we approached them about the bed bug situation.

The construction....the highway noise could be heard from our room it was hard to sleep....the pool was closed and no one told us about a temporary location to swim

Beds were very comfortable. Temperature in room was able to get cool to help my family sleep. Breakfast had a good selection.

Pillows were to soft even though they said soft and firm. There was no difference. Some road noise through the window.

VERY attentive staff, good breakfast and location. Well stay there again as our go-to hotel when we visit family in Puyallup. Thank you for the toothbrush and razor, I forgot mine. Thankfully, theres a McDonalds in the parking lot, we arrived late.
