Holiday Inn Richland on the River

Negatives: Breakfast at the hotel is higher quality, but it limits the amount of food you can eat. If you are going for a large breakfast, then it is not ideal.

Negatives: Honestly, worst hotel shower of my life. The water took at least 15 minutes to even warm up, there was no shampoo, and one of the conditioners hit me directly in the face when I used it. Also, crazy amount of noise next to the stairwell/exit door.

Negatives: Hotel was great. The resturant updated very nice. Nice atmosphere butThey need more food choices. The dinner menu is like what you get when you go to a bar. Im sure its hard to compete with Sterlings .

Negatives: I travel a lot. I regularly use Booking to arrange my hotel room. I have not been disappointed until this stay. Booking was not provided infomation, from the hotel, that would be helpful for the user of their site. I rarely write reviews of where i have stayed and if I do, it is to rave about it. This stay was different: the in room refrigerator was warmer than the room, the room faced a BUSY street with multiple emergency vehicles running all night (our room was separated by the width of a very narrow parking lot). when I went to the commerce center, the front desk person, did not greet me with anything but " what can I get you?". The breakfast offering was odd. At check in we were led to believe there was a complimentary breakfast. There is not. It is a menu sit down order and it is costly. ( 15+ per plate). finally we were approached via text what could be done to make our stay better. We asked for extra towels to be placed in our room; they never arrived. Courtesy, carry through, and location are big deals to me. I was less than impressed with my stay.

Negatives: The bottom floor doors that open to the court yard. No safety lock other than the deadbolt and as a solo female traveler, I wasn’t really comfortable with that. Also my first room was big and lovely but only had a shower. I prefer a bath to relax, but the staff accommodated me and moved me rooms.

Negatives: unimpressed. have been in a lot nicer ones for a better value. they said they upgraded the room. i requested queen beds, got a doubles instead and with an extremely drafty door right next to the beds.

Negatives: One of the beds was broken. The exterior door had a huge draft that leaked fitted cold air into the room. The water froze at the hotel witch meant they had to shut hot water off. This due to extreme weather conditions.
