Positives:
The location was good. It was adequate, but in my mind a bit overpriced for a Hotel of this level. They did have a pretty good breakfast and the facility and grounds were clean. The onsite restaurant and bar, Salud, was good with good bar food and a selection of beers on tap and drinks.
Negatives:
I just think I paid quite a bit for the room. I stayed the following night at Home2 Suites, and for about the same price it was better overall.

Pleasant
Positives:
Location was perfect for our weekend trip. 5-10 minute drives to our locations of interests. Economically friendly. Decent size room
Negatives:
Upon arriving to the hotel we noticed that the hotel parking lot was not plowed at all. It was very hard to navigate as the islands were completely under snow so if you weren't paying attention you could of definitely tear your vehicle up. Upon acquiring our room keys we treaded back through the snow to begin unpacking our car. The stairway up to our floor was a solid sheet of ice so walking bags up was definitely a challenge as I had 2 knee surgeries in November I was very concerned I was going to slip and fall. They salted the heck out of the walkways leading to the rooms. As we entered the room we observed that it was a decent sized room which was nice. However due to the salt and hardwood floors with no mat or anything of sort of runner we ended up with Salt and dirt all over the floor. The bed was fairly nice, pillows could use some work. The location of the hotel was super convenient. After we started to unpack I noticed the Bathroom shower had dirt and hair in it. Definitely not from us. I attempted to call the front desk to report my concern for the shower but to my surprise the phone didn't work. At this point I wasn't going to let that ruin our weekend. We were in town to do some shopping and hunting so we wouldn't be spending much time in the hotel as it was. Our first night we could hear our neighbors arguing for a solid hour. The second night the neighbors directly above us were slamming doors and stomping around at midnight. As we had to be up at 4am to go hunting I was less than impressed with that. While checking out, the individual working the front desk seemed like we were bothering her. She was less than friendly. I decided to just bite my tongue and get checked out and leave as we had other places we needed to be. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price but I don't think we will book it again when we come back to the Tri cities.

Positives:
My last night in town from a long work trip. My check in was smooth Gage was awesome he went above and beyond to meet my request as I was extremely tired and wanted to be closer to the front of the hotel. The room was moderately clean had a few maintenance issues, the faucet in the sink was loose and came off a few times while I was washing my hands, there was a dirty wash towel from the previous guest hanging over the shower rod, the tub and toilet had been sprayed down but not cleaned. I cleaned the toilet and tub myself, I was beat otherwise I didn't complain I was too tired I showered and sent off some emails and went to bed. The heat was real cozy and the bed slept great. I booked at a lower rate online but, was charged about $16 more not sure why there was a $4.95 resort fee, I still can't identify the additional charges. The good outweighed the bad so I'd give them another chance.
Negatives:
Bathroom sink faucet, tub and toilet. Price of room was higher than advertised
