4 minute walk to the check in desk at the airport. Cleanest hotel have stayed in SeaTac. I have been to many, this statement includes the big hotel chains (I am a former Marriott ambassador level member).
Shares the parking lot with a really good 24-hour bar and restaurant.
Negatives:
Slow elevators. I know, right? I had to dig to find a negative. This is a surprisingly great hotel.

Hidden gem in SeaTac
Positives:
If you are flying into or out of SEA-TAC this property is for you. Super helpful, friendly staff. Close to all the off property airport parking, rental car returns. You are not going to stay here for the experience but you are going to love it for the convenience.

Has shuttle service but we...
Positives:
The airport shuttle was nice and it was on time for morning pick up. The kitchen also packed a to-go breakfast for those in our group that wanted one.
Negatives:
When I made the reservation, I specifically asked for an accessible room for my in-laws because my father-in-law is in a wheelchair. I called a few days ahead of our stay to confirm the accessible room. When we checked-in, no accessible room was available. The staff member that helped us was very nice, but there was nothing she could do because they had overbooked the accessible rooms. This doesn't make sense. I understand overbooking regular rooms, but accessible rooms should be assigned within a week or so of the reservation date. There should be no question regarding their availability upon check-in.
