At the time of my arrival, I was told that the hot water was not working and that it would be on shortly. The hot water never came back on my entire stay. I only stayed one night and would’ve liked to take a hot shower.

Arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel and we were told there was no hot water available. Hotel offered no other option, but to cancel our reservation for free. We suffered with ice cold water in the shower.
