The hotel is needing a remodel, it is outdated and in disrepair.

The first room i was assigned the TV didn't work. Owner insistanted the desk clerk should fix it and not move me to another room. Once clerk couldn't fix the TV i was issued a new room. Very shady neighborhood.

Across the street were homeless people and prostitutes working the street. We did not feel safe, although no one directly bothered us. There are piles of trash from the homeless encampment.

The hotel was great but the location is terrible and not desirable.
Positives:
No water pressure hallways smelled like smoke disgusting breakfast very nasty and the same thing every day no hot water had to tell front desk about all this seems like nobody really cares
