Positives:
The lobby area and breakfast area and the staff were awesome. The drain was clogged in the shower with hair and had to remove it myself. Did not call staff because we were in a hurry to meet up with friends. The dresser was too big for the space. We felt a little claustrophobic. The bed was comfy and we loved the pillows. Very convenient for sightseeing. Would we could come back?Maybe.

The room size and it was clean

Really disappointed, first the shower was broken when you turned it on the water went out from the pipe on to the floor. There were no booklets in the room to tell you about local restaurants or activities. No tv guide. And worst of all the room was BEYOND COLD the heater didn’t work we ended up turning it off because only cold air came out. We spent the entire time bundled up and under the covers. It was so cold the air vent was wet from condensation. And the INDOOR pool was “closed for season” how does that make sense. That was the only reason we book here.

The parking is not good and expensive. The door was broken in the suite. The blanket was too old for the additional guest sleeping in the sofa bed. The staff in the breakfast area was not too friendly. We were put on the 9th floor and we need to change elevator from 8th to 9th was not very convenient.

Location was close to convention center.
Negatives:
My room was clearly smoked in at some point. I’m sensitive to smoke and was very bothered by the smell and air. The room was awkward- a carousel of doors. The bathroom lighting was too dark for makeup. The parking garage was difficult to access from the hotel. I paid over 600 for one night - no valet parking, no bar… seems very low end for that price.

The front desk staff were nice; breakfast was good.
Negatives:
It was not convenient (10 blocks - most of them up a steep hill); it’s finishes were worn and old; no daily cleaning or at least fresh towels; pool was closed and had been for several months; no restaurant or bar; no shuttle to airport.
