In-room coffee would have been nice. Also, my room had very little space surrounding the bed - felt a little crammed. And lights for the bathroom were outside of the bathroom (tricky to remember in the middle of the night).

Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. As a family of 5, the room was perfect and my children all had their own bed and a sofa area to relax in too. Free beers at 5 were a brilliant bonus! Great location for Pike Street, Harbour and Space Needle.

No bell staff for luggage/ luggage cart not managed. (Luggage cart taken by 1 guest all morning, had to do multiple trips to the room to get suitcases)

The location was awesome for walking around the city. It's about 20 mins to the space needle/ market. And also about 20 minutes walk to bars/stores on the other side of the I5.
